No, at this time SMS does not sell, install or service septic systems.
Yes, we recommend at least servicing you HVAC equipment twice per year. Once in the spring and fall. This ensures optimum operation of your equipment especially in the extremely hot summer or bitter cold winter.
It really depends on your home. Homes without carpet and several pets need to be changed more often than one with carpet and no pets. Its always safe to replace filters once per month. However, in a clean home with few or no pets indoors once every three months with a high-quality pleated filter maybe sufficient.
